Okay, I beleive that the habitat I want to make will either involve the creation of habitats underground, partially underground and partially above ground, or above ground but from reused/reusable materials, in a sustainable manner. If I build above ground, I would like to make a habitat that will primarily aid impoverished people. As such, I would wnat to use some sort of concrete, adobe, mud, straw, plant, or resin based material, something that can be made from locally available materials, possibly supplemented by outside resources in order to make the robot.
Timeline: By the end of the semester
Deliverables: Some sort of model, drawing, animation, or paper
Steps: Select a topic, do further research, finalize design, write paper.
