Hachi
Who is Hachi made for?
The project of Hachi would create a technique of invincibility that may easily corrupt humanity; hence, this project would be a design for a world where good and bad is more distinguished, i.e. the world in Bleach (Japanese anime): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bleach_%28manga%29. The basic concepts are that the Hollows are bad, because they eat human souls. The Shinigamis are good (ignoring the fact that some are corrupted), because they are sent from the Soul Society (or Heaven) to protect human souls by killing the Hollows. Hatchi would allow the Shinigamis to continue fighting after being wounded. (The Shinigamis are not human, but they seem to have the same anatomy, so we would assume that they are human here.)
What is Hachi?
Hachi is a self-replicating parasite cyborg designed for rapid healing and regeneration. It lives in blood vessels, and routinely memorizes the body structure as it flows through them (so it can accurately repair and reconstruct the missing blood vessel and tissue parts). Hence, the body's blood vessels are its habitat. Generally, when a wound is inflicted, the skin, muscles and blood vessels would break. Hachi would acknowledge this wound, and first, self-replicate to expand in size, filling the wound gap. Then, Hachi would assimilate its flesh to the body's muscles, and construct artificial veins and artilleries to allow blood flow, and then spit out a titanium alloy shield on top of the wound (this shield would be temporarily attached to the skin).
The assimiliation of Hachi's flesh to the muscles would allow the Shinigamis to fight as if their muscles did not tear from the wound. The reconstructed blood vessels would allow blood flow and prevent further lost of blood. The titanium alloy shield is to protect the wound and Hachi, in middle of the healing process.
How is it a self-replicating habitat?
When Hachi is in the inactive or sleeping state, the blood vessels or human body is a habitat for Hachi. But when the Hachi is active, the self-replicating Hachi and the body are blended together to become a single habitat.
